Do it Best drives continuous improvement

To support their industry-leading efficiencies and best practices, Do it Best announces the appointment of Dan Dietlin as the company’s Director of Continuous Improvement, effective immediately.

“As Do it Best has been pursuing an aggressive growth strategy, we’ve seen continued strong results with new member growth and overall sales,” said Executive Vice President of Operations Dent Johnson. “To support this record-breaking trend, we’ve been making serious investments in technology, infrastructure, and talent. Johnson added that, “With all of this growth and investment in technology, we have an opportunity to rethink our processes and fully leverage our teams and their talent as we grow our members’ business. While the mindset of continuous improvement has been a big part of the company’s focus for many years, summed up by their mission statement of “Making the Best Even Better”, Do it Best is increasing its commitment to driving efficiencies, quality, and service improvements through the launch of a formalized Continuous Improvement function within the business.  

“I’m excited to have Dan Dietlin as our new Director of Continuous Improvement,” said Johnson. “He has a significant background deploying and using continuous improvement tools to drive results. Dan has already begun working across the company to deploy our Continuous Improvement Strategy.”
