Greg Fuller

As vice president of sales and business development, Greg leads a team of sales professionals committed to helping Do it Best members grow their businesses while attracting new members to the co-op. He oversees the domestic and international field sales teams in addition to Retail Performance, sales support, and INCOM Distributor Supply.

An industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience, Greg started his lifelong career as a teenager working for a large Do it Best home center, once the largest single-store operation in the country. He worked his way up to become the CEO, a position he held for nearly 20 years. He joined Do it Best in 2017 as Regional Sales Manager before transitioning to National Sales Manager in 2019. In this role, Greg led a transformation of the sales team and sharpened its sales- and results-driven focus. 

Calling on his retailer experience with a passion for independent business, Greg is well-suited to lead the sales team in driving traffic, sales, and profits for Do it Best members. His history in retail has included affiliations with many industry trade groups and associations. He’s also served on the board of directors and advisory teams with his church.
